These Terms govern your use of this website and the SMS program operated by Colonna Company ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site, submitting a form, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
What we offer
Colonna Company provides marketing and lead generation services to tree service businesses in the United States through the Growth Ring System™. The free County Audit offered on this site is a 30-minute consultation. It carries no obligation and no purchase is required.
SMS program terms
- Program description. By opting in, you will receive text messages from Colonna Company about the County Audit you requested — appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling links, and follow-ups.
- How to opt in. You opt in by checking the consent box on our form and submitting your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You will typically receive no more than 8 messages related to a single inquiry.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages; your mobile carrier may.
- How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that.
- How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at the email or phone number below.
- Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
- Supported carriers. Our messages are supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their affiliates.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, and you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you submit. You agree to notify us if that number is reassigned or is no longer yours.
Scheduling and no-shows
Appointments booked through this site may be rescheduled or cancelled using the link in your confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a consultation, including in cases of repeated no-shows.
No guarantee of results
Any figures, case examples, or projections shown on this site are illustrative and do not constitute a guarantee of results. Business outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your pricing, your capacity, and how you handle the leads we deliver. Specific performance commitments, if any, apply only when set out in a signed service agreement.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Growth Ring System™ name, copy, and creative materials, is owned by Colonna Company and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colonna Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our SMS program.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
